CLASSES
These are ongoing weekly 1 hour skills training classes for athletes interested in developing a strong foundation of skills including footwork and technique while having fun. Groups are COED and are open to all positions.
Per Session $30/session
Monthly Membership $100/month 4 classes
CAMP
This is a 3 day camp focused on progressive training building a solid foundation of skill through technique training and implementing skill acquisition through small group game play.
1-1 DEVELOPMENT
Personalized training sessions tailored to each athlete’s unique needs, focusing on skill refinement, strategy, and individual growth.
MINI CAMP
Two day camps focused on skill review and game play with focus on high repetition for each athlete. Having 2 days in a row offers more retention and reps than a 1 day clinic.
CLINIC
One day events lasting 90-min to 2 hours. Identifying individual areas of focus and building foundational skills in game like settings is the goal.
